Policies

You may make your payment(s) online using your Zelle account to cb@phxtpm.com  All banks have Zelle accounts, so if you don’t have one simply call your bank and ask them to set one up for you – it’s free.  Once setup you can use it online to make payments to anyone that has a Zelle account

Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
If Guest provides written notice to Owner of its election to terminate the Agreement, and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement Guest for the same rental period as the dates noted in this Agreement, then Owner will refund the Security Deposit to Guest plus any of the other deposits received from Guest to the extent that Owner receives rental payments from replacement Guest during the applicable period.

CLEANLINESS IS A TOP PRIORITY at HDM206, which is thoroughly disinfected prior to, and after, any guest arrival or departure. Our staff is professionally trained to ensure that we meet all Covid-19 & CDC standards regarding cleanliness.
Check-in and check-out with no person-to-person contact
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Follows industry health association: SafeStay (AHLA - USA)
Follows regional health guidelines: SG Clean (Singapore)
